About the job
You’ll become part of an entrepreneurial and international team, helping us to grow and transform online (various platforms) by identifying where we can improve in our experience. You will:
- Help build the optimal digital experience for our customers
- Visualize customer journeys via surveys to get a better insight of the customer experience
- Create digital data reports to get insights in customer behaviour, commercial data and user journeys.
- Analyse the usage of features from our various platforms
- Investigate why features are/are not widely used and offer recommendations
- Write requirements for features to improve user experience
- Propose recommendations for digital tools to improve client engagement
