About the job

A Junior Custom Consultant is part of the Consultant Sales Team and works closely together with the Customers Operations Sales Department and the New Business Team in order to achieve the overall Munro objectives. In order to achieve certain objectives, the Sales Director will allocate a budget. These objectives should be met within budget and timeline, deviations are communicated timely. Actively drive Munro initiatives from other departments and introduce these initiatives to the own portfolio by working closely with other departments. We expect you to travel, worldwide, to visit our customers at least 3 to 4 days a week, to maintain and develop business with existing and potential new customers. As a Junior Custom Consultant you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer needs and potential to guarantee the highest level of service;

  • Make a great effort to promote new products and at the same time stimulate and support the sale of slow sellers and old stock;

  • Identify and qualify growth opportunities of (potential) customers;

  • Advise, support and assist customers realising their potential by offering the full range of Munro services (products, training, marketing and develop new initiatives;

  • Signal market developments in fashion trends, the financial situation of the customers, status and vision of competitors;

  • Deliver the (Atelier) Munro vision and concept to customers by training the managers and staff of the customers;

  • Organise and be present at events for Munro and customer events, including a day in the weekend;

  • Promote and exude the brand and continuously enthuse customers;

  • Give further effect to the policy “Let potential customers reach out to Munro”.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in University of Applied Sciences or equivalent professional experience in a related discipline;

  • Minimum two years of experience in the fashion industry;

  • Work and act by the core values of Munro EPOOM: End Customer Focus, People First/Personal, Ownership, Optimism & Moving forward;

  • Result driven with a focus on long term results;

  • Active listener with a focus on building and maintaining relationships;

  • Energized, enthusiastic and passionate seller that is self-starting.
