About the job

You’ll be the driving force for optimizing the online presentation of our products across several platforms. You’ll coordinate product assortments, analyse customer experience and execute optimizing the digital product landscape strategy. You’ll collaborate with several teams to align digital merchandising with digital strategies, analysing online consumer behaviour and adjusting digital displays accordingly. You will:

  • Coordinate product assortments on the website, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly customer journey for both the Retailer and End-consumer platforms;

  • Use data analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions about product placement and online merchandising efforts;

  • Collect and create style detail pages, including descriptions, content, sequence and drawings;

  • Making sure seasonal samples, seasonal looks, styles and other looks are available for customers to order timely;

  • For new design options being released in the system: coordinate copy, drawings, images and sanity checks as well as creating attributes and models/model categories;

  • Ensure relevant wear this with data will be displayed;

  • For campaign mailings assist in selecting products, building landing pages and organize the best sequencing;

  • Do proper user testing on all relevant devices and all platforms and make sure all user scenarios are covered before customer-facing features are released;

  • Use and analyse analytical data for test and review of customer behaviour online to enhance performance;

  • Follow up by creating insights on new features usage, make relevant conclusions and report to the Product Owner with assessments and relevant summaries.

About you

Ideally you will be:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from a fashion brand or retailer with an interest in software;

  • Affinity with menswear;

  • Good business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills;

  • Practical, common sense and hands-on approach to getting things done;

  • Strong developed analytical kills, with eye for detail and a natural problem solver;

  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in digital platforms;

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English;

  • Analytical, innovative and result driven;

  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and meet tight deadlines;

  • Interest in working in a multicultural environment;

  • Having a go getter mindset with needful flexibility and creativity is plus;

  • A team player.
